Would it be feasible to pull down some Greek .303 and substitute a 150 gr. bullet or would it be better to use a 180?

I suppose....

But why? I admit I've steared clear of that ammunition. Just consistent less than positive reviews.

As far as the cases go, keep in mind that is old brass and I would be concerned about splitting the necks.

I shot lots of the Greek ammo with out any problems. I think they are loaded with 197 gr. FMJ's. I would go with the 180 gr, bullets.

They are loaded with a MKVI bullet, 174 grs. I pulled a few to inspect the components and all looked fine with the exception of the powder. It was ball & very fine. I have shot some with no signs of over pressure. It must be coated with a lot of graphite.

If it is for use in a Enfield,I would keep the MK 7 round's projectiles in place. Enfield rifles were sighted to the ballistics of that that round and finding the real item is getting nigh on impossible these days. If you reload Hornady's 3130 (.312) have worked well with my # 1 and # 5 rifles.
