Not too shabby...fired a few test rounds using the 125grn lead zombie coat bullet from http://lucky13bullets.com/ today...

Test rifle was a BM59SL and I used the 125s over 43.0gr WC846... fired 5 shots ..all hit the paper and made nice round holes. Distance was 25yds....all 5 went into 2"... not that great but I was only testing function and to see if the bullets stayed together. All rounds fed from the mag and the bolt locked to the rear. Will work on accuracy next.....these were sized .309 but I also have some sized .312..may try those as well...

So far there is potential to have a 200yd or less "plinker" bullet for about .06ea...

You need to see touching holes about 1.5 to 2 inches low of POA at 25 yds. That should get you close to zero at 200 yds, 1.25 inches high at 100 and about 6.5 low at 300. I use that spread for hunting with 150gr Hornady SST using 47.2 gr of Reloader 15 at 2.75". Gives me sub-MOA.

Good news!!! No oprods were bent nor were any kittens killed!

Bad news....the.312s grouped worse than the .309s.. Got two different groups about 4" apart...2 shots here and 3 there....still at 25yds. No leading and no pressure issues.

Will try some .311s next time and see what happens...may just go back to .309s and play with the powder...

2" at 25 yds would need targets of size for much plinking fun at 200 yds. What does the gun shoot with factory ammo?
