.32 H&R Mag J-frame is BACK !!!

The aluminum LCRs all seem to go for $100 less and would weigh 5oz less.

Most people on these forums are not shooting .327 thru their .327's, instead opting for extra hot .32 Mag
Exactly! I have a 327 LCR and only fire spicy 32 H&Rs in it. I use: .32 H&R Magnum (Pet Loads) for recipes for those "extra hot .32 Mag" loads.

The minimum gun for a 327s (for me) would be an SP101 with a 3" barrel.

Firing .327 Magnum in the LCRs is like shooting .38 Special in a lightweight revolver. It's snappy but not that bad.

Firing .32 H&R Magnum in the LCRs is an absolute pleasure.

I'm glad to see a resurgence of interest in .327 and .32 magnum.

My experience is similar with my various 32 revolvers. I was beginning to suspect (as usual) that I'm insane, but apparently there's at least one other human who experiences the 32 calibers that way.

32 S&W long doesn't feel much different to me than 22, to go a step further.

A .32H&R Mag snub revolver can be made with an aluminium alloy frame. A .327 Federal no. So it's all about weight to improve (pocket) carry comfort.
I remember that S&W used to make the 332, a .32H&R Mag snub with titanium cylinder and scandium alloy frame at 12oz. more or less. The scandium frame was a little too much for the caliber and it was a very expensive little snub.
