327 federal IS a real powerhouse in a small pkg

At near the Speer max compressed load of 2400 for the 100g Gold Dot, I was getting sticky extraction. Had better accuracy at the next step down on my Lee powder disk

I don't know a thing about reloading, but seems like the 327 MAG could be lightened up a bit for a two-inch barrel while still maintaining terminal ballistics above the .38 Special.

I don't have ready access to a chrono..anyone done the Buffalo Bore stuff, specifically the hardcast? That is my "hiking" load in a GP and curious what the real world speed is. Never had issues with split, damaged or sticky cases with the AE or 115 Gold Dots.
