33 State CCW Class in So. MD

I am forming a Utah CCW class in Waldorf, Maryland 20602

The class will be held on Dec. 13, 2009 starting at 10am
This is an all inclusive class, fingerprints, passport photo, and notary service all provided. The cost of the class is $150.00

Does this class qualify for VA & FL requirements as well? I have to renew my VA & FL CCW's and don't have my old certificate so I'll need to take another class.
