357/44 mag Loads with Unqiue

I loaded some 357 mag and 44 mag with Unique.

6.0gr 158 lswc for 357 and 7.0gr 240 Keith 429430 sized at 431....

That unique residue cleaned right up of both wheel guns using some Hoppes

Yep, Unique will do a decent job of putting the bullets out of the barrel just fine. I don't mind the little bit of dirty I clean them anyways. I usually get more from the lube smoke than the powder leaves anyway. Just part of it.

Nice groups by the way.

I load alot of .357 and .44 with Unique. If you bump up to near max loads, it will burn much cleaner.

I toned down the loads for my m19...

Unique in my 44 mag. is good but Alliant 2400 18.3grs. is better for a hunting load IMO

I use Hodgden Universal in place of Unique. Much cleaner burning.

My standard plinking load for .44 is 240gr cast SWC on 6.0 unique.
Works great.

Unique is great for mid range loads. I use it and Bullseye for all my handguns.
