I’ve been loading 38 special for a while with 158grain lead flat nose, and they’ve been great. I wanted to load some of my 357 brass with the same bullet and h110, but I can’t find any data for that particular bullet and powder. Can I use the published data for another bullet of the same weight and just start low and work up?

The min and max will only be a grain or two apart, h110 doesn't download well. I'll post some published data if you can tell me exactly the bullet you're using.

Thanks for the feedback. Would I be better off loading those same projectiles with Titegroup powder? I’ve been using the 110 for my hunting loads with 180 grain lead flat nose gas check. Ive been following published data for those loads with no issues, should I be concerned with the 110 and lead bullets?

I'd give it a try, if it leads up just clean it out and back to the drawing board. If they're properly sized you'll be fine. I use 2400 for such loads because I get better accuracy but I've burned my fair share of h110 under a plain base lead bullet.

Edit to add: linotype is 22 brinell, the bullets your using are 15. But I'd give it a go, try 10 and see.
