Hello all,

I have checked my Speer, Hrn, and Sierra manuals and can't find any data for my 100gr lead wadcutters. If any of you have any data I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks, woody

3.5 to 4.0 grains Bullseye, Red Dot, 700X, or W231 would be a pretty good safe place to start load testing.

I acquired them in a trade. I don't want them to go to waste so I'll load up some lite loads with them. Just plink at close ranges.
Rc, thanks for a place to start.

Something like this?

Matts Bullets 100 Gr WC

Since you are shooting these in .357, if you are using .357 brass, you do not really have to worry about pressure too much since all you want are target loads. If using .38 brass I would be careful to stay withing .38 Spl pressures as best you can.

I agree with rcmodels powder recommendation. I would add Solo 1000, American Select, Competition, and WST to that list of suitable powders. Between the two us us, I suspect you have one or two, maybe three, of these.

Thank you Walk. Those are pretty much the exact wadcutter.

All, I appreciate the help and suggestions.
