Hypnogator, I think there's something wrong with your image ... just loads the top little bit and its done.

Might try reposting it (maybe size it down first 1600x1200 is pretty large)

The second biggest threat: county election officials/staff/janitor using the crappy security and deliberate tamper-friendly features for ill .
