I'm a huge fan of the S&W 59 series - 1st gen all the way to Value Line (4th gen). I've been thinking of picking up a 4046TSW as a new (to me) house gun. Current house gun is a 5946TSW that packs 17 rounds with a TLR-2 mounted. It has zero recoil. I like solid heavy steel...
What do y'all think? 11 rounds of .40S&W good enough? How dependable are the S&W 40 series? I only have had one experience with a regular 4046 and it worked fine. Are they all as good as the 3rd gen 59's?
