.40s&w .402 as opposed to .401?

I have loaded and shot alot of the .401 cast in my 40. And have just recieved 2k .402 cast bullets, so I'm thinking I will just have to drop down in powder by 5% to offset the larger size? or am I way off base here?

you would probably have to slug your barrel to see if it would be a huge problem.

No need to drop anything unless you are already loading way maximum loads.

.001" differance in cast bullet size will have no noticable effect on pressure unless you are already almost blowing cases.

.001 will make no difference in pressure. No need to reduce your load by 5%.
