Accuracy wise, the 357PD shoots as well as any 4" S&W .41 Magnum. For manageable pain and recoil with the 357PD, 357NG and Taurus Titanium, I keep the velocity around 1000 fps with 220 gr Lyman cast SWC* or Speer 220 gr half jacket SWC.Ko, let us know how the Smith shoots (if you shoot it) I can't imagine that gun being fun (it does look cool, that's the important part)
Guys at the lgs their is a new model Blackhawk in 41 mag 6inch barrel iirc price tag 425 would you take a chance on it ??? I have been wanting one for some time
.41 Mag is one of my favourite cartridges on paper but I've never owned one... yet. Every time I find a .41 revolver I like it gets discontinued. I'll just have to find one and go for it, then start reloading.
Wow, he is real proud of that gun. I bought it's twin (also a 57 no dash) last month (better condition) for $600.00 OTD.Well, Horseman61, if that .41 Magnum isn't there Friday, no matter. You can still buy this one.

I want a Deagle or similar auto in .41 mag!
But the context here is revolvers.
^ And??
This is a thread about .41 mag. Okay, well I want a .41 magnum revolver!
LOL!
I have the M57 (blued) Mountain Gun that dates back to around 2005ish. My favorite for shooting is my 8 3/8". I think it may well be the most accurate centerfire revolver that I own. You would think the longer barrel (>6") would kind of get in the way, but it is quite comfortable to shoot and carry in the woods.
Ankle holsterOkay, now I want to see the carry rig.
Except for the Coonan, LAR Grizzly and the Desert Eagle referenced has been produced in .41Mag.And...rimmed cartridges don't run in a semi auto.
