On what little I have seen on the forum so far, data for lead bullets can be interchanged with plated bullet data. The man @ Berry's cautioned, don't use "hot" loads or overcrimp but did not mention the data exchange w/ lead. My interest is also in the Rem 210 SJP as a hunting load. My pantry now has plenty of Unique and some H110.

I think you have it right, you can use the data between plated bullets and lead. However do not exchange data between Jacket and plated.
Most plated bullets are so thinly plated that you will get stripping of the plating if you drive them too fast, so stick with the lead data and you won't have that problem.
Some of the plated bullets do have thicker plating than others, so you may be able to drive them a little faster, but not much.

Berry website FAQ says to use low to mid-range jacketed bullet data, not to exceed 1,200 FPS.

You could conceivably get stuck bullets using lead bullet starting or reduced load data, because the plated copper jacket has a higher coefficient of friction then greased lead bullets.
Do not over-crimp with plated bullets, as the crimp can cut through the plating.
The Remington 210 JSP (not SJP) Jacketed Soft Point bullet should be satisfactory for deer, smaller black bear, & any similar game.

Either one will do fine.
Just stay with load data that does not exceed 1,200 FPS for the plated bullets.
Unique will do well for lighter practice loads with the Plated bullets..
2400 is better for max power with the JSP Remington hunting loads.

I've just started playing with the .41 in my Blackhawk. Fine gun. Shooter needs a little help 
I am using Missouri Bullet's 215 LSWC "Trooper" bullet. I've build loads with Universal (mild), Unique (mid-range) and 2400 (thumpers). You can look up load data at the manufacturer's websites (Universal = Hodgdon; Unique & 2400 = Alliant).
H110 is a good powder, but it is almost exclusively a full-house powder. It doesn't like to download much. I would relegate it to your jacketed bullets; I think it might be too much for the plated bullets. Unique is a good cross-the-board powder and you can load it from the light end of medium to the moderately warm. If I had to pick one powder for the .41, Unique would probably be it. Use it for your plated stuff and you should be golden.

I really should have said full blown jacket data, not just any jacketed data. My bad.
Lead and jacket data overlap each other, so the generalization I said does not alway apply.
I always try to find data that is listed for the specific bullet that I am using.

I use 7.8grs of Unique behind a 215gr LSWC for approximately 950 fps (unchrono'd) in a 4" barrel load similar to the old "police" load. This would work fine with a plated bullet of the same weight.
For a full mag load I use 9.5grs of Unique in Remington cases lit by a WLP primer and get 1,157 fps chrono'd from my S&W 657 Mountain gun 4" barrel. I'd expect over 1,200 fps out of a 6" barrel.
Another good load for the old LEO duplicate is 7.0grs of W231 behind the same 215gr LSWC. out of a Remington case and lit by a WLP primer. That load chrono'd at 956 fps from my 4" M657. Refer to the old Winchester data for 41 mag loads using W231. W231 is fast enough that it would be unlikely to produce velocities much over 1,000 fps even at maximum pressure. Winchester2002.pdf
I've loaded 20.3grs of H110 behind a 210gr Remington JSP in Winchester case lit by a Fiocchi LPP and that load chrono'd at 1,286 fps from my 6" S&W 57.

41 Magnum Berry Bullet load
For the 210 grain Berry Bullet in 41 mag, I am using 15.5 grains N110 with C.O.L. of 1.580. As per Sierra load manual this provides about 1150 FPS. I am loading them on my Dillon SDB using a slight roll crimp.
