I have found some 44-40 Winchester bullets (projectiles) here at a LGS. They are the jacketed Winchester SP's, but their diameter is .426. I've been shooting .428 in both my 44-40's. They both slugged out at .428. What problems would i encounter shooting these, if i wanted to use it for small game/deer. Smaller diameter, will it give me less accuracy? Not sure about this all, i haven't dealt with so many different 44-40 diameters.. they float around from .426 - .430. Just wondering what i'll be up against. I can get them for a really good price.
Thanks!
