I missed the part about the bevel bases, and am almost at the point of retracting my suggestion. While I generally think 19 grains of 2400 approaches perfection, I'm betting that load with those particular bullets leads pretty badly. If the OP tries it, I hope he will report back.

My full power load with 296, 240 lswc no gas check, will lead after about 24 rds give or take.

I just.take that. I'm not shooting it that much. I'll just clean better.
