Hi all. Anyone out there own something chambered in 445 that they reload for? (Silly question I know)
Has anyone out there ever thought of wildcatting this wildcat?? I know I have but that's a discussion for a different area of the forum.

I used to reload for 445, but no longer own it.

I have thought quite a bit about a 41-445 or 357-445 (think the thrust will be too problematic in the latter), as expansions upon my beloved 357/44 B&D mag, and if I recall correctly, both have already been done, but I have not yet found the juice worth the squeeze.

357-445?? Oooh man. Almost makes me wanna get a Henry single shot and chase down a reamer. But then again there's the 357 Herrett out there.

Right - no fun in a single shot, but a WHEELGUN is a very interesting proposition.

I have a 445 in a 18" T/C Contender barrel. Very accurate, and it packs quite a punch. Not too far behind a 444 Marlin. I load wine with the now discontinued WW 680 powder with 240 grain soft points.
