Hey guys,
A while back I asked about some loads for my 45acp to shoot out of my Kimber TLE II.
I loaded some 230 LRN with 5.7g of Universal and shot a few yesterday. Half of the empties went forward and slightly to the right, half went rearward and slightly right.
My next load of 230g JHP XTPs over 6.4g of Unversal all went rearward and slightly right.
Both loads were accurate enough for shooting steel targets at 25 and 50 yards, so no complaints there.
Are the 230g LRN loads on the light side because ejection is sporatic or are they on the heavy side. I know the answer is to use a chronograph, but there must be some information available by looking at ejection angles.
Anyone got any ideas?
thanks in advance
