I have spent days crossing the internet and my local stores for some Speer Gold Dot Part number 23966 .45 ACP ammuniton for my M&P .45. The problem I had was Speer had the short barreled version availible but my gun is over 3.5 inches long more like 5 inches on the barrel (Estimated)
So I visit Cabelas starting yet another night patrol looking for this ammo.
Lo and behold I see that they have the .45 ACP and other calibers in stock and I talked with them to verify that the Speer Part number is the one behind "Cabelas's" own part number in stock.
I ordered a bunch and expect them soon. Good thing too because I have one box of Lawman set aside for CCW class and one box left wondering if I will run out of this stuff before I managed to get more.
I will have to wait until this new Gold Dot arrives before I can shoot some and see how they do compare to the training rounds Ive been firing all this time.
