45 cal load help

I started shooting IDPA this summer and am having a great time with it,Ive only loaded lead for my 1911 and now there switching to indoors for the next match and was told I need to switch over to plated or jacketed bullets.I have w 231 and Unique powders and was hoping I could get a push in the right direction for a decent load that will meet the 165 power factor.Im going to be using 230 gr.plated rn as thats whats around here local.I will be working up my loads but if I could avoid starting at the bottom with supplies still hard to get it would be a big help.

Either 5.5 grain WW231, or 6.0 grains Unique should do what you want.

Ill second rc on the 5.5 grain w231. Thats what I have worked up for my IDPA shooting and I really like it.
