I have some 200grn jacketed ball for the 45 long colt, and was wondering if they can be used in reloading for the 45 ACP? I know the bullet dia. is .451 and .452, so is there a problem?

At 200 Grs and .451 or .452, as long as they feed, they should be fine. I have shot a bunch of 250 Gr Raniers, intended for .45 Colt, in .45 auto.

I had to use some 45colt LRNFP in my 1911 45acp at one time, cause that's all I could get at the time and I wanted to go for shot.
Feeding wasn't 100% reliable, the last round in the clip usually got caught up upon chambering. All the rest shot just fine though.
45acp's share the same bore dia as most modern produced 45colts ie both use .451"/.452" bullets.
