Your best bet is going to be either NOE or Miha/MP brand moulds. The former will likely have what you want in stock while with the latter you'll have to wait for a Group Buy over on the Cast Booking forum.

I have a NOE mold that casts a 250 gr hp that's designed for 45 auto rim and it's quite the mold. Can remember if it's .454 or.452 but it can make hp or flat points by changing out the pins.
What 35 Whelen said! I have Miha's .45-270SAA mould that casts beautiful hollowpoints that come out at .455" and weighing about 265gr. Does quite a job on whitetails.

What I want is for handguns.
For a .455 Webley and a H&R .38 S&W Top Break as I sometimes use them as self defense carry guns.

Here's one for your .455 Webley. Casts @ .454 or a little over, and the large HP-ed bullet will weigh 250 grs. Even though the Group Buy is close, he always makes a few extra moulds.
