5.45 surplus ban abolished with Trump presidency?

Yeah, I 'heard' that he would be pushing for the "allowance of the importation of collectible historic firearms", so I'm hoping for some more cheap 5.45 surplus if it can possibly get caught up in that party.
 
remember, he does NOT take office until Jan 20th, 2017 !!
I'm hoping (as I have since my first vote in 1968) that he will be the BEST President we have ever had.!

I guess the first question would be "is the 5.45 ban based on an executive order"? If so, it would be within the President's purview and easy to reverse.
 
I think most or all of it is corrosive anyway... not that it should be blocked from import, but it isn't really that big of a loss either.
