5.56 ammo question

    What, if any, is the difference between XM193F and XM193I?
    I have a few boxes of each, both 55 gr Federal.

    I was told the letters just indicate how it was packaged.

    Yes, same ammo, different boxes.

    The XM193I was imported from Israel, so I'm assuming that's where the 'I' came from. Any idea about the 'F'?

    All Federal XM193___ is the same. As noted above, the suffix letters are a matter of packaging type.

    2. XM193Independence
    3. Nothing............
