I recently acquired some 822 and 639 gr military pulled bullets and need load info for them. Can someone point me in the right direction please thanks.

The Barnes manual has load data for the 50, and the Hodgdon website does as well. The weights wont be exact, but they'll be close enough to get you started. It's not like there's 100's of loads for it out there anyway.

I know but the problem is to decide on a starting point. I found some 647 gr loads but not much over 800. So if I have a 800 gr load then how much do I back off safely for the 822.

what powder? what firearm? Most of the time people start at 210 grains and work up from there in 2-5 grain increments. If you got the yellow and red spotter tracers start at 170 grains and then work up.

Are those 800+ gr. bullets red and yellow tipped spotter tracers? If so then start out at 170 grs. and use 190 grs. as a MAX loading. They were never designed to be shot out of a full sized 50 BMG case or the same velocities. So to be safe keep them down loaded when shooting them.

The other stuff can be started at 215 grs. and then work up, use 235 grs. as a MAX load. You find that you best accuracy comes between 215-220 grs. of powder. Just follow all the regular loading precautions and you'll be safe.
