I believe that that's the company owned by Bob Stewart. Currently in prison for making illegal machineguns, being a felon in possession of firearms, and trying to put a hit on a federal judge.
He was also the subject of one of the more interesting rulings to come out of the 9th Circuit in recent years, it's a shame it didn't stand.
