I occasionally see questions on knife carry and thought this site would come in handy. There is a section on Federal Statutes as well.

Get it here

Thanks. In SD it is exactly as I remember it was. A ballistic knife is illegal. If I can figure how to get one to fire through my 30.06 I will be illegal. Until then I am OK>)

(18) "Switchblade knife" means any knife which has a blade that folds or closes into the handle or sheath, and
(a) That opens automatically by pressure applied to a button or other device located on the handle; or
(b) That opens or releases from the handle or sheath by the force of gravity or by the application of centrifugal force.

If I am reading this right, does this mean that an assisted opening knife or even something like a mini-Grip is illegal in Missouri?
