Thanks. In SD it is exactly as I remember it was. A ballistic knife is illegal. If I can figure how to get one to fire through my 30.06 I will be illegal. Until then I am OK>)

Unfortunately you would also need a sub-section for cities with their own rules.

If I am reading this right, does this mean that an assisted opening knife or even something like a mini-Grip is illegal in Missouri?
