This bullet does not exist in my 3.9.14 version apparently. How do I add it?

It is in the January 2018 data update for QuickLOAD.

Or, you can input the parameters yourself if you'd like. The PDF manual that you can find in the program load directory (or on the CD) explains how to do that.
