Yes, there's a couple 85gr, Berger and Sierra I think, and Speer has a 90gr. Go to Midway or Graff's to check it out.
I think Hodgdon lists loads for 85gr bullets.
I suspect the 9" twist will work fine for any of the lighter bullets. The faster twist is needed to stabilie the long/heavy bullets. A .25-06 with a 10" twist works fine with bullets as light as 67 grains, so the 6.5 should do as well.
I worked up a couple of loads last week for 100 grain Nosler and 95 Grain Hornady V-Max. I shot them this past Saturday. They both held 5 shot groups of 1 1/2 inches at 100 yards. The Noslers were just a little better but not by much. I need to work on them some more. If you are interested I will find and post the powder grains. I used W760 powder and Federal Match 210 primers.
I believe 140's are the max weights for 9 twist 6.5's. At least I know that's the case with 260 Rem's. I'd try some 130 Berger or 120 anything else before shooting the extremely light/short bullets. Unless you're varminting or something.
