Night shift, checking in ...
Welcome to the new folks. Hang out. Fridge with drinks is in the other room to the left.
JIM, glad to know I'm not alone in having the Hogue MG on my critter.
In my case, I just like the extra control offered by the grip even though I have smaller hands than average.
It was amazing to me how much weaker and uncoordinated my left hand is compared to my right!
I think with enough dry-fire practice I can build some "muscle" as well as "muscle memory".
A few years ago, I would have said the same. But I've realized in the last two years, in part when shooting revolvers, that I do pretty well shooting with my left hand, in fact, way better than I expected I would. (I cannot, however, shoot a long gun left handed. Just can't do it.)
Curiously enough, even though I'm right handed, I'm left eye dominant, and I think that my left hand grip is stronger. Actually, the same applies for doing things like barbell curls: I can consistently do more left handed with the same weight than with my right.
I'm betting if I practiced more consistently, I might be carrying my x42 on the left side.
