686-1 cylinder wont rotate...?

I opened her up and gave her a good clean. all i did was remove the side plate. and now the cylinder wont rotate? its not binding or anything, its just like the rotating hand isnt doing anything.

I looks like the side plate has a guide for it, but buggered if i can figure out whats going on... and here i was hoping to go to the range today :banghead:

take the side plate back off, i bet it is the safty bar is not in corectly, try that and let us know you can take it out and put it back together just to see if it will work

i think ive got it. theres a spring inside the trigger...
