I believe you are looking for a decapping die. I have both a Lyman and a Lee decapping die. The Lee is a bit more forgiving because the decapping pin is retained by a collet so you are less likely to break it.
The universal will work if it's a boxer primer. In case you don't know, look in the case. If one hole in the center it's boxer. Two holes and it's berdan.
You might want to determine whether you have large primer or small primer brass, assuming it's Boxer. The decapping pins for the large primer brass may not work in small primer brass.
I have a Lee Universal decap die. Works great. Before I had the decap, I used a big caliber rifle die with no sizing piolet on it, just the rod. It was a quick and easy recap die, just from spare parts of dies.
Before I got my universal depriming die I used my 45 ACP die as one if the base of what I wanted would fit in the die. Any larger die for a pistol that has no expander button on the decapper will do the job. Or turn the decapper upside down and then screw the die in upside down to just decap the round.
