7mm Quickload double check request

Can anyone run some quickload info for me? 7mm 168gn Sierra BTHP, 69gns of H1000, Winchester brass H20 86.3gns OAL 3.2980, 24 inch barrel 1-9.5 inch twist. My berger load runs 68gns of H1000 at 2688fps. Im curious if QL puts me in the same realm.

It may or may not.

Quickload's just an approximation. Your barrel and component lots is not the same stuff that was used to develop Quickload software. A 100 fps difference between your stuff and Quickload's calculations is to be expected.

Several people shooting the same rifle and ammo can also have a 100 fps spread in average muzzle velocity. We all don't hold rifles against our bodies the same way.

All things being equal you should measure 2 700fps at the chrony with your 69gr load and the Sierra's.

You want 2 688fps at the chrony then load 68.9gr
