Ok guys I would love to start a 870 picture thread and I would love to be the first one to put that first pic up but I can't because my 870 is at my brothers he just got a new place and asked to barrow  it anyways guys Id love to see pics thanks Horsemen61

Not much of a picture thread so far. :p

I'm also pictureless, but plain old newer 870 express, vent rib barrel freshly cu to 19 inches. Nothing special.

.

Who May Join? Club prerequisites are not only pwn0rzhip of an 870, but also simply the desire to own one!

Not much of a picture thread so far. :p

Hee!

Who am I to alter course?

Here are mine, in reverse order of acquisition:

1. 1980 870 Wingmaster 26" vent rib SKEET barrel

2. 1980 870 Wingmaster 28" mod choke plain barrel, now wearing a Mossberg-made-for-870 18.5" cylinder bore barrel.

3. 1980-ish S&W Model 3000 30" full choke vent rib barrel. This gun is a fine 870 clone, made by Howa for S&W. One may use an 870 manual to strip this gun, but no parts interchange, not even barrels (which why I now own a Wingmaster. I purchased the second Wingmaster because the first was in such great condition and I wanted another that I could toss around, but that one is just as nice and it has a SKEET barrel on it)

Hmm. Interesting study here. Apparently the majority of 870 fans are incapable of pictur posting. :neener:

I prefer to think that more 870 users shoot shotgun shells, not pictures. :D

(I don't have any postable pictures of mine either.)

Well I have three of them. Standard 870 Express, and two Wingmaster in 20 and 12. At this rate by the time I get home from work this afternoon to snap some pictures of it I will still probably be the first to post pictures.

count me in, six rem 870,s from top to bottom. 12ga 1950, 12ga 70,s trap, 410 ex, 28ga ex, 20ga ex, 12ga light counture. along with 5 extra barrels. i use them from time to time and have never had problem one with any of them. eastbank.

I absolutely have to have one if those wingmasters some day. Look like a totally different gun

I have 2 870 Wingmasters.
1. 1972 model with 20" rifle sight barrel
2. 1982 model with 20" rifle sight barrel

The 1982 model I got at the estate sale of a gentleman who worked in the same building I work in. The other was bought in a local gunshop and I had planned on giving it to my step-son but he got into some legal trouble. Now he is prohibited.

I'm a long time Remington 870 fan. By chance part of my tag number is 870 ..Here are a few of mine.

1976 12ga. Wingmaster with HD set up. 1976rem870wm.jpg

2005 Turkey 12ga., 3 1/2" super magnum next to a 1953 12ga. Wingmaster with brush/riot barrel. rem870wmandexpsupmag.jpg

Three Wingmasters 12, 16 and 20 ga. all tenth year( 1960).
On the left is a venerable Remington model 31 (rollerbearing) 12ga. the predecessor to the 870. remington870old.jpg

My newest a 2011, 870 Express Tactical with ghost ring sights and a butt cuff of slugs. rem870tac.jpg

Looking forward to more pics of others 870s, good start so far.

Thanks pal, sorry for the size of the picture! Wingmasters are fairly rare over here, they do exist of course but you don't see them often.

My 870 super mag, slug gun/home defense gun with the 20 inch rifle sight barrel, and squirell slayer/duck gun with the 26 inch barrel.

Have a couple of other 870s I need to take some pictures of too.

I have a Wingmaster with the LE Speedfeed stocks, and they're pretty good in copying the weight, dimensions and feel of their traditional walnut counterparts.
