WCC is Winchester Cartridge Co. It's a military brass headstamp because civilian brass would say WIN or WW or Winchester instead. Probably has crimped in primers (there is a ring pressed around the edge of the primer). If so, it's probably not worth the effort to deprime and swage the primer pocket since there is so much 9mm brass that is good as is. That's just my opinion, though.
WCC +P is a +P (higher pressure) loading in the 9mm brass. With the WCC headstamp it's probably military submachine gun brass (HK MP5 or something like that). Just like the other WCC above, if it has crimped primers, probably not worth spending the time messing with it.
9x18 MAK is a Makarov case. They are 1mm shorter, but the diameter is .360" instead of .355" for 9mm Luger. Can't use them for your regular 9mm, but save them to trade to a Mak shooter.
9x17 is the same as .380 Auto. It's also called 9mm Browning (9mmBR), 9mmKorto or 9mmKurz (9mmK) etc. These are kinda valuable nowadays because they are scarce and in demand. Not useful for regular 9mm though but they are .355" diameter like regular 9mm is, just 2mm shorter.
9x19 is the standard designation for 9mm Luger, also called 9mm Parabellum.
Be aware that a lot of cases marked 9x19 are probably Seller & Belloit (S&B) headstamp, they also made a LOT of those cases that are steel with a brass wash and look identical to the brass cases right down to the red primer sealer. A magnet sorts them out for disposal.
