No magic loads, but 4.2-4.5 grains of Unique, and 4.2 grains of WW231/HP38 have worked OK for that weight cast bullet in my M9. I generally do not like a cast bullet in that weight (not much bearing surface), and prefer a TC style around 130 grains, and find best accuracy with cast if velocity is kept under 1100 fps.
Biggest issue with cast in my M9 is proper sizing. I cast my own bullets, and never size under .357", and 90% of the time size .358". Beretta barrels tend to run very large, and key holing will happen like any other barrel if the bullet is too small for the barrel. If you find accuracy lacking, it might be worth a request to the caster to send you bullets sized at least .357", and even better IMO to .358" for your M9.
