9mm AR15 options

This question may be more appropriate for the dedicated AR forums, but I know there are others who are smart on these things here.

I know that there are several options for magazines when going with a 9mm AR conversion. STEN and UZI mags seem to be the standard options, and I've even seen Glock magazines used to feed them. Is there a conversion available that utilizes CZ-75 magazines? Where would be a good place to look for more information/availability?
