I was looking at some 9mm+P 115gr Speer Gold Dot JHP. from Double Tap. Does anybody have any knowlegde of them out of the PF-9 or similar gun?

I use the there 115g 9mm in all my 9mm's. I have been very pleased with the reliablility and accuracy of these rounds. The smallest gun i use in in is a Glock 26 and they work great. I have also used their .40 and .45 rounds and was pleased with them as well. Not sure about them in your particular gun but mine love them.

Kel tecs website states the PF9 wont standup to regular use of +P ammo.

Straight from my manual:

The PF-9 pistol is manufactured in 9mm Luger caliber. The caliber is stated
on the right side of the grip, just under the slide. Use only this ammunition
and only if in compliance with SAAMI specifications. The PF-9 will accept +P
ammunition, however not with continuous use
.

I will be using this a a defensive round, so it will only have about 75 rounds ran through it and then maybe 1 mag a month just to be sure nothing changes. I shoot 115gr WWB for target shooting.

I thought the 147gr's suffered most b/c the smaller barrel could not get them to a high enough speed to properly expand...

Oh and what all you got done to that subbie? I have a SRT-4 with exhaust, WGA, and larger intercooler. Best I have ran is a 8.3 at 88mph with 2.02 60'(only have 1/8 mile around here)

Thats with the older bullet technologies. Modern 147 grn are made to expand at the lower velocity. As I have been told the heavier 9mm's use less powder and actually get up to speed faster than the lighter ones. Something like that.

My Subie has a full turbo back exhaust, tuned to 16 max psi, springs and various little non performance things. It should run low low 13s with better gas (non 91 piss) and a good driver. I was saving for a bigger turbo, probably 18g, and a STi top mount intercooler... but bought a Ruger Super Blackhawk and a Springer 1911 instead. Heres a pic or two.
