Is there such a thing? I'm considering simplifying my ammo choices and am looking for a rifle that uses a sig mag to go with my future sig 9mm auto. I remember seeing a rifle that used glock mags but can't remember the name. Any ideas? Thanks.

Kel-tec

Are you thinking of Kel-tec?

They do a 9mm Sub2000 in a number of magazine configurations; not sure if yours is one of them.

While this subject is being pondered....

Does anyone have a Sub2000 that takes beretta mags? If so PM me.

I want to cut the beretta mag catch location into one of my XD9 mags and see if it works in the sub2000. For all intents and purposes the mag bodies are identical. Only the cuts for the mag release are in different locations...

Kangit,

There was something in the owner's manual (IIRC) about a universal mag catch replacement for the Sub2k... universal except for Glocks or some other brand or other. Don't have one available right now to confirm, might check with the company on that...

I called the company today and found that no such animal exists. I did however talk to a sweet young lady in customer service who wished they would just make an XD compatible carbine. Why? So she would stop getting calls from people like me! :D

I guess the company knows there's a demand. Now we'll see what they do with it.
