I like 124gr LRN with 3.5gr titegroup.

This works for me. I haven't found a gun that it won't cycle but haven't tried it in a Luger. I might not be heavy enough for that gun.

125gr Zero JHP
124gr: Bry HBRN, MG CMJ, MG 124 JHP
All over n320 with 1030-ish speeds

Also have used 231, AA#5

Have used a number of other bullets and weights I didn't like as well for this use.

Accurate and reliable in my G19
Haven't chrono'd it yet but it feels like ~1100fps
I am going to get an aftermarket barrel and start casting in 9mm to save more money on plinking
