for the houston guys; even though this is centerfire, i thought all the boys should know, All the Carter's country in houston are selling feddy 243 ammo for either 10.97 or 11.97 , which is super cheap , especially for feddy's. Also this was a bit of a mindblower, I was looking through the carters up off of Treschwig tonight, and they had 3 used remmy 788's for sale, in 3 cals i woulda never thought for this rifle, 22.250, 30.30, and best of all.... get ready.... 44mag with a short fat bbl, that one was over 800 bucks IIRW.
