A fair trade

I have a PTR-91 and a Benelli Nova.
I want a Glock 20, 21, and 36.

Would this be a fair trade?
What are the best ways to go about trading? Most of the dealers here don't do it, and the ones that do only give about 50%. The PTR-91 is a great rifle, I've got tons of mags, and the .22 conversion kit.... I would just rather have a family of Glocks and be done with semiautomatics all-together (I am more interested in bolt-actions).

Since this involves handguns, what are the laws regarding trades and how can I protect myself from liability if I do a trade?
 
If you want to trade it, post the trade in the trade section.

Trades are the same as sales, as far as I know. FTF ok, out-of-state must be sent to an FFL.
 
I went to a small local dealer and traded my PTR-91 for a Glock 21 and a Glock 36. He definitely got the better end of the trade, but I left happy. He was helpful, patient, and he knows his stuff.... unlike the hourly joes at a lot of the bigger stores.

I called Outdoor America and their employees weren't helpful at all. Their guy who does trades wasn't in, they couldn't give me estimates, and they were just kind of rude. The other major dealers around here don't do trades.

The local dealer is the priciest in the area, but I've never[ been disappointed by his service. I left happy, even if he's probably going to net +$600 from the deal (I put about $1800 into the PTR-91 when you include the optics, the .22 conversion kit, and the extra mags) whereas two Glocks go for about $1100.

Today just reminded me why it is sometimes better to pay a slightly higher price for service. I sometimes can't stand going to the bigger stores now because they either have hourly employees who don't know anything, or they are total mall ninjas. When I worked at a big name store, I was somewhere in between know nothing and mall ninja - but the store definitely had the best prices in town ($50-150 less than the small local dealer). Just 2 cents on the deal.
