OK so I wanted to share some new pics and updates about the C93 Sporter I picked up a few weeks ago. Here's the original thread:
http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=447749

As of this week I now have about 500 rounds through this gun and have found that the only ammo it really doesn't like is the Wolf Military Classic. It will actually cycle the Wolf 62gr (black box) ammo just fine. This gun is a tack driver with open sights at a up to a 100 yards I was making fist size groups from both standing and the bench. The recoils is very mild and it's an absolute pleasure to shoot.

So I decided that after the last time I took it out it was lacking one important thing, a scope. I decided to buy the complete scope kit from Cheaper than Dirt which included the Hensoldt Fero Z24 Sniper Scope and original mount, case and accessories. For under $400 I think it turned out to be a heck of a deal and when it arrived today I knew it was worth the money. The scope is fantastic, the glass is crystal clear, there is no rust and just very minor wear tot he finish. The case it came in is also in great shape and the mount is mint.

In under a minute I had the scope mounted on the gun and it fits like a glove. No modification was needed to make it fit and it clamped down nice and snug with no play at all back and forth or side to side.

Anyway I couldn't be happier with this scope and I am really beginning to fall in love with this rifle, for the money it was definitely worth it. I have yet to take the scope out and actually try it but I'm confident it will work out great. Once I get it out to the range and zeroed in I will update this thread with a more a range report and impressions.

What I really need now is a shorter mag and bipod to make this gun complete.

Its looking beautiful. I've been tempted and I can't resist. Besides, I think It would play well with my ARs.
