Howdy folks,
I am a POG (personnel other than grunt). We have other nicknames but the translations to the acrynoms would make Art's Grammaw really upset, but suffice it to say that I am read echelon personnel. That said, I was doing a bit of thinking. As this deployment is winding down, I decided to make a list of things I need to bring with me next time and things I don't need to bring next time. Being in a relatively safe area, I'm making the choice to get a new 3-Point sling. The one I was issued is alright, but that's about it. I'm looking for something that is really comfortable on the shoulders and keeps the rifle really close to your body. It's for an M16A2.
