While the article was interesting, it doesn't satisfy my need for information on where this is codified in law. An armed guard could be an off-duty police officer so would Mr. Kennedy also be unable to have on-duty police officers protect him in a crowd situation? A gun in the mix is a gun in the mix.

I have been fighting the good fight for many years and this is the first I have ever heard of an ex-felon being unable to hire armed guards for their protection.

the problem i see,,,

is very few of these federalis who are doing all the anti-gun legislating know buttkiss about firearms,

isn't this akin to taxation without representation?

stick the word "educated" between without and representation...

its time to start supporting and electing educated gunowners

kennedy can't own a firearm, thats rich,,,

wish i had the opportunity to vote against him

Sent a check to the NRA today. Also sent a note and copy of said check to Sen Teddy.

On the check was written. "End the AWB. Donation made in the name of Senator Edward Kennedy."
