A Little Something for the HK P7 Fans

    Below is an image that I created in Adobe Illustrator while learning how to use the Mesh tool. The final image is based off of a photograph I took last year. I've attached a copy of the photo, a screen cap of the underlying mesh, and the final product.

    I thought some of you guys might enjoy the result.

    First up, the original photo:

    The original Illustrator file on my hard drive is completely vector, and therefor resolution independent, meaning it can be scaled to any size without it looking bad or becoming grainy/pixelated.

    Looks cool.

    One thing though, the back end of the gun is a lot smaller than the front compared to the original picture.

    Where did the grip screw go?

    Did Illustrator superimpose a Hogue monogrip onto it as well?

    All in good fun.;)
