a marlin 94cl in 32-20 came today.

i got a marlin 94cl in 32-20 in ex condition plus dies, cases and bullets with a target reciever sight today from a friend who had to sell as he hasn,t worked in over a year. he knew i was interested in it for over two years and offered it to me at a very good price, i wanted to loan him the money he needed ,but he would not have any of it, to damn proud i guess. he sold at least fire rifles i was not interested in before he decided to sell the marlin. i know the gun shoots as i shot it before with him at the range. i hated to see him sell any of his guns and told him he could use it any time he wanted,hell i may even sell it back to him if he gets back on his feet. eastbank.

I can understand the "pride" in not wanting a loan. If you are willing to sell it back at the same price, that would be the way to go.

I picked up a .375 H&H the same way. How's that Marlin shoot?

i hit a three inch target disk time after time at 50 yards with it with him at the range some time ago,he got into the rifle pistol chicken,pig,ram game some time ago and thats what he used for it. eastbank.
