Thanks skidder-and I agree with you on everything that you had said above! There's not much I can add to that-except that I love those Sixes!Nice! The Six Series was a Revolution in DA design. With just a dime (to remove grip panel), the average Joe (or Jane) could take the gun down with ease.
My favorite design over all the DAs ever made: Simple, Strong, Sleek, and Innovative.

1)That is a "beautiful "(150)series Security-Six! It appears to be in NIB condition? Is it a mRDA-36(.357)or a Model RDA-86(.38 Special)which is a scarce gun?
2)Did you get the original gun box with this Security-Six?
Still have my issued one from the early 80's. Might just wear it today and give the whiz bang, polymer, wonder gun, yung'uns a history lesson.
