Hello,

I will be in Columbus over the weekend for a concert, and I have two questions:

- I know OH will not recognize my IN CCW. Are there any any caveats I can take advantage of, such as vehicle carry?

- The concert is at Lifestyles Community Pavilion. Does anyone know if they give you the pat-down/ metal detector treatment there?

I'd also appreciate if someone could point me at a comprehensive States' gun laws database.

You will need to convert to "transporting" when you hit the Ohio border and remain that way for the duration of your visit. Make sure your gun AND magazines are unloaded. Do not put the ammo in the same locked case as your firearm.

It would be a felony for you to carry at the concert. Beer will be sold. Huge no-no. Don't take the chance.
