Put my 2nd order in with them, April 4 and full order arrived today. Being a Lee distributor, they're dependent on Lee's mfg runs. I bring this up bc/ my first order was broken up over 3 or 4 shipments and I've still got one more fill on that to go (30/30 dies haven't been run yet). So rather than making me wait, putting my order on a shelf, they're profit on my order is being chiseled w/each individual shipment. That's caring about the customer 1st. And that's why they received my 2nd order. Thanks factorysales.

That's good to hear. I put an order in on 4/12. Glad to know they're looking out for the customer.

I don't have anything good to say about them. The told me they had what I wanted in stock then told me via email after I placed my order they were on backorder. I couldn't get them to status my order after repeated calls and emails. They finally responded when I goaded them into doing so. Even then they could not tell me when I might get my order. They billed my credit card on day one without having shipped my order and would not respond as to why they charged it without shipping. After 5 weeks I cancelled the order and it took them a week to reverse the credit card charge.

Factory Sales - no thanks!
