...well not really. Just a poll to a question that has been posed. Which do you feel is the better trigger between a glock and an HK USP. In answering don't take into account any other features of the pistol, solely the trigger. Also, answer the question assuming both pistols are stock, no upgrades.

Apples and Oranges.
You are comparing a gun with a consistent trigger, to one that can change (depending on the variant)

Glock vs single action HK, HK wins
Glock vs double action HK, Glock wins

Hks are gorgeous but my Hks have to have the LEM trigger modification to win my favor. That's why I'm so partial to glocks, especially versus ANY DA/SA trigger action.

Consistant trigger pull makes for perfect practice. And perfect practice, last time I checked, made perfect

To me the Glock trigger is far more predictable and shootable than the HK DAO variants.

how bout if you had to bick between these two and only these two

Me grand dad had a terrible nervousness about dentists. Well, he had to go for a bad tooth. The dentist said, "Mister Clooney, I have some special mouth wash for you" -- and gave him a shot of Irish whiskey.

The auld fella belted it down, sat a minute and asked for another shot. After he sipped that one, the dentist asked, "Are you ready now?"

And the auld fella says, "Could I have a bit more of that mouth wash?" So the dentist gave him another. And finally he says, "Are you ready now?"

And the auld fella give him a look and said, "Bejazus, I'd like to see the man who'd touch me teeth now!"

Bejazus, I'd like to see the man who'd take me M1911 and make me choose between a Glock and an H&K!:p

I prefer single action triggers to dao triggers in general (DAK, LEM etc...) so my vote would go to the USP.

BUT... if there was the P2000 to account for... I'd be picking DA/SA. Although the DA on my P2000 is probably the worst I've ever felt. But the SA on it is way better than the USP.

USP vs. Glock trigger, my vote is to the USP.

I've got 1000's of rounds through my USPs and really like the triggers...both DA/SA, DAO & LEM. I also like my G19 and have 1000's of rounds through it. SO, I'd go w/ I like the USP & it's various trigger options and I like the Glock trigger too :scrutiny: How's that for none commital :scrutiny:
